Gold

Casa Gi strictly uses 18 carat gold.

Diamonds

All white, cognac and yellow diamonds used by Casa Gi are natural diamonds. White diamonds are of F/G VVS/VS quality, cognac and yellow stones of VVS/VS quality. All rough diamonds in the Rock collection come from Rio Tinto's Argyle mine in Australia. Only our black diamonds are treated.

Stone Replacement

Casa Gi will replace, free of charge, any diamond that chips, breaks or is lost from its original setting. However, repair is limited to stones covered by these warranty stipulations and damaged under normal wear exclusively, within a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. All repairs are to be carried out by Casa Gi and the presentation of the warranty card to the representative is required (*2).

Mounting

Casa Gi will repair or replace the mounting without charge (*1) if any defects in material or workmanship are revealed within a period of 2 years from the date of purchase (*2).

(*1) This includes the labour and necessary materials.

(*2) Casa Gi reserves the right to thoroughly examine the nature of the damage and judge consequently if it falls under the stipulated terms.

What is NOT covered?

Tarnish and accidental damage or damage from misuse or abuse, negligence, or external causes such as fire, flood or exposure to harsh chemicals. Loss and theft.

Normal wear and tear (light scratching is considered normal wear and tear, stretching of chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty).

Damage resulting from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Casa Gi.

Damage occurring beyond the warranty period.
